Very Special Team – Interviews – Photo shoots

So much has be going on in peoples lives over the past few days etc, with sadness & loss for some and I send my thoughts to the ladies in question  XXX

On another note we all find ourselves with family problems and issues somewhere along the line
in our life time but these things should make you a better & stronger person, my advice to all my team is talking always helps,  a problem shared can really take the pressure off any individual

Shutting yourself away does not help anyone you will find this can only make matters far worse
than they really are…..  ladies we are a team and I am always on hand for each one of you

All dates and locations & times are all arranged for each lady to meet up with me over

Last Meeting – New Chart & Last 28 Days

You all know ladies I have been running a chart from the
19th March this is proving to be very very interesting!!

Our Company Rules & The Reasons Behind Them

1. Why my ladies do not work two girl with each other

Having worked in the following industries….. Modeling Dancing & Escorting

I have come across a lot of girls bitchin between themselves and about each other and I never
want my team to be like this…. simply NO Point we are all doing the same job

(Yes I have removed a few ladies from this team for the above reasons )

2. Why I don’t allow my team to work with other outside Agency Girls!

Again I have seen so many things in all the above industries and everybody works
different and possibly they could have different standards and safety aspects to
me and in this team…. we all know what we can and can’t do as far company rules
go and anyone unsure about this please speak to me asap.

3. What happens if I arrive at an appointment and another escort is already there
or one arrives during my appointment time ?

Well if you arrive and the guy has booked another escort from another company you will
be LEAVING hopefully with fee’s…. And definitely with fee’s if you have already started
your appointment! (And when I say leave that’s exactly what I mean it is not up for debate,
compromise or negotiation!)

This is not the correct way to work, and where is the clients discretion to you as an escort
introducing you to another person, this to me is not acceptable… also expecting you to take
part with a female you know nothing about, or the way she works or the health risk she
may or may not run!

Again company rules on Health & Safety, and finally you may not be Bi, which then is
just adding more grief to the situation through no fault of mine or yours it could be
difficult to handle… (Best to always call me straight away)

4. Guy asking for service we all know that within this team they are not allowed

I really do not need to spell it out, you all know only to well anyone found to be breaking
policies will be removed immediately…. This I am pleased to say I have not had to do as my
ladies have more sense

Clients continually asking a lady to provide this service will be barred

I value my life & health 100% and that of all my team members and that’s the reason within
the team I have set certain criteria that must be followed by all team members, it’s for your
own safety and well being at all times, if you do not wish to follow my guide lines or think
you know best then you will not be working for me!

Trust me like anything else you will be caught out that goes for guy’s & girls asking
or providing….

5. Team Work  – Working together – Pulling together – Looking out for each other

Well I expect all my team members to be coming forward with info I should know about
regarding any appointments, more so with the new ones coming on board every week

I should not have to wait for a new guy to have 3 appointments before I know there is a
slight problem or issue – Team work remember don’t just think of yourself but the problems
you are causing for other team member when they make visits…

Easter Greetings Everybody…

A big hello to all of Jess’s lovely ladies at escorts110.com followed by  congratulations to Della for a spectacular booking a few weeks back and to all the other lovely ladies that have been pulling off some really good appointments from what I have red on the blog

Now like Jess I do not look for praise or expect presents, I do my job for Jess and her girls because I want them all to have the best possible chance of meeting loads of new people and having loads of naughty fun but thank you Elise for the card and gift… much appreciated

Some of you know I am a huge fan  of the adverts running on TV with the Meerkats in. In my opinion it has to be one of the most successful marketing campaigns ever devised and a complete industry has sprung up around it including fluffy toys and even a book called “A Simples Life” written in Meerkat Speak… very entertaining indeed and Terri thank you for getting it for me

But there is  a lot to be  learnt  from the adverts, they could have just stopped at the one original advert and rested on their laurels, but they regularly bring new ones out and I am sure that in the process they are driving thousands of new viewers every week to their website… and likewise with Jess and her ladies they constantly strive to provide a memorable service and a great first impression… I don’t know about you, but for me first impressions count and can mean that you revisit a restaurant, cafe, shop and in this case escorts110.com

For all of  the clients of escorts110.com, I hope you are all enjoying the video clips, we all had a load of fun making them and I have been informed by boss lady that we will be doing some more sometime during the year… but not just yet

So here we are with 3 months gone of the year already and heading towards summer… just where has the time gone?, it only seems like yesterday when we were opening Xmas presents and celebrating the new year and before you know it, we will be doing it all over again, but hopefully with some summer sun in between
