Haiti Earthquake:
Hi Mel here,
Unless you have been off this planet in the last few days, you could not have failed to have seen the destruction and terrible loss of life in Haiti
Jess has been posting about me moving back out to Spain and you would have seen the picture of Puerto Banus in one of her recent postings and stunning it is but when you look at the pictures on the link below it puts things into perspective – and be warned some of these pictures feature dead bodies
On balance I have had a pretty good life, although like most people not without it’s problems and sadness at times, but when I look at these pictures (there were 29 pics when I got the link) – any problems are nothing compared to the problems that the people of Haiti have right now
Whilst for the most part I am a firm believer that charity begins at home, there are moments like this when even I am moved to make a donation, which is what I have done
